Can the customer see where their load is themselves?
Yes. As trip stages (loading, in transit, unloading) are updated, the customer is notified automatically and can also follow status in the portal. The “where is my freight” calls largely disappear.
Can we work out the real cost per vehicle?
Yes. Fuel, tyres, maintenance, insurance and fines are booked to the vehicle; compared against trip revenue, it becomes clear which route and which vehicle actually earn money.
Can we invoice the storage service?
Yes. Goods stored on behalf of a customer are recorded with their movements, pallet counts and storage duration; the periodic warehousing invoice is calculated automatically from that data.
